• Foreigner manufactures / suppliers can come to India; display their products in the exhibition / fair organized by a Govt. Sponsored Authority without payment of duty.They can sell the goods during the exhibition / fair and the buyer can pay duty and take possession of the goods, besides the Exhibitors getting paid for the cost
